Do you have any? Do you eat all your side dishes before the main course? Do eat your corn on the cob in rows, columns, or chaotic? Do you put condiments on sandwiches in a certain place? Do you cut your main protein up into pieces before eating, or cut it one bite at a time? I want to hear them.
Here are some of mine:
When making a cold cut sandwich, mayo goes on the bottom of the sandwich and mustard on the top. Pickle on the top as well.
When eating a sesame seed bagel, the seeds are always mostly on the top. So I eat the lower half first so the more delicious half is eaten last. This is true for me with any food like this. Muffins, for example.
If fries come with whatever sandwich/burger I ordered (or make), I always eat the fries first then the sandwich.
When I'm eating at a restaurant with people, if I feel like I'm going to finish eating before everyone else, I slow down to keep some food on my plate. I loathe sitting there not eating while others still are.
When preparing my own hot dog or sausage bun, i put the condiments on the bun before the meat, not after. Never after.

Small snack items like those peanut butter filled pretzel bites for example: Always take an even number, and then chew equal number on either side of my mouth.
when i'm making a peanut butter (or pb&j) sandwich. i spread the pb on one slice, then wipe any and all pb still on the knife on the other slice of bread. i don't like wasting the pb, or having to wash it off. mostly, it's the thought of wasting.
i will incessantly wash my hands after touching any food item. that's more OCD, than OCD eating, but i'm weird about washing my hands after handling any food.
i eat corn on the cob like i'm using a typewriter.
also, this...

i’m the exact same about both the pb and hand washing
i also typically only eat one thing at a time on a plate, and I’d rather not have food touch

I’m the opposite of a sectional eater: For however many thing so have on my plate, I try to manage my eating rotation so that my final round of bites included once of everything.
