This works great, though I forgot to remove the aeroccino’s extra spring and the milk frothed right over the top. Didn’t affect the finished product though… diagnosis: delicious!

been trying to get in the matcha game.
i've been making iced lattes using some matcha packets and some almond milk. we've got a milk frother, so just playing around with recipes at the moment.

prepping mine now.
do you all sweeten yours? i'm in the no added/processed sugars camp but would like to cut the bitter.
edit: might try a splash of pure maple syrup.
If I'm at home, I'll add a little honey, because our almond milk is unsweetened. If I'm ordering from a shop, I'll ask for no added sweetener, because their almond milk is definitely sweetened.

tried it with maple syrup, and it was just right.
going to pick up some oat milk and try it that way. not sure if i want to commit to ceremonial or whatever yet. we'll see...
i do like the idea of it as an afternoon caffeine alternative to coffee.
