First time grilling lamb lollipops yesterday. Incredibly easy if you trim and cut correctly. Just let it cook for a bit with the lid close then go to sear it up to 135 when it's time. I used the lollipop method on amazingribs.com but swapped out basil from the garden instead of the rosemary it called for.
