Pretty much the only way I cook corn now is to grill it. We use it mostly in elote cups.

I remember when I lived in Yakima, the orchards would chip up trees they cut down and sell for smokers. It's was great.

Any of the grill pros have an opinion on my getting a LP grill w/ a smoke box for smoked meats? Any reason why this wouldn’t be the best of both worlds? Anything I need to watch out for?
