so we're all friends here. and i don't want to crap all over dad's dinner plans. but i find the addition of brussel sprouts with tacos kind of weird. and by kind of, i mean, really.

are they shaved and served raw in a slaw form on the tacos or something?

this is clearly payback for when I mocked the addition of celery to your chowder recipe.

I was right tho.

jicama tacos and brussel sprouts.

I’m going to level with you here, I do not know what jicama tacos are.

I’m going to level with you. I didn’t know what they were until my wife bought some jicama wraps at Trader Joe’s last weekend. Jicama is a plant, like a turnip.

My wife is has been making tacos with all the shredded chicken we still have.

They’re so good.

have you put any chili garlic crunch on them yet?

no, but I will tonight!

keep us posted

i put about half a spoon on one taco, and it was okay. I don’t think the chili onion garlic crunch is meant to go with meats that have been in an instantpot with salsa.

it works on ice cream tho.
