we got a shit ton of tapas last night

ham n cheese croquettes
beef empanadas
potato n onion omelette
spinach n manchego stuffed shrooms
grilled octopus
anchovy stuffed olives
chocolate truffle cake
flan

Those all seem like delicious choices

it was all very good, but not as good as the top notch tapas place we usually go to.

I made sirloin, chimichurri roasted potatoes, and roasted brussel sprouts. Washed down with a High Hops Brewery The Power of Zeus American Pale Ale.

Pan seared salmon, sautéed broccoli. Mrs Wease will have boiled broccoli with cheese slathered all over it.

Salmon with sweet potato and snap peas in a panzu sauce.

First time I've ever cooked fish. Usually the wife does it. But I wanted to stretch my legs a bit. It turned it really great!
