A tip that blew my mind: you can put your flour in the oven and bake it until it's brown for a no-stir roux. I think I saw this on America's Test Kitchen.

i'm going to have to look that up...i gotta say though, i enjoy the long process of making a good dish..it turned out well
friday night delivery night....thinking a mexican combo plate of tacos, enchiladas, beans and rice..maybe a couple tamales to have for breakfast
i had that last Friday night...no tamales though
I was bad today, so probably a plate of fruit and carrots...maybe yogurt if still hungry

i don't really have one...i've only started eating greek yogurt regularly recently, and a few times publix has had various varieties on sale so i've just bought those...chobani, dannon, and maybe another
