it was just overly messy from baking too much bread all day saturday and sunday morning
First, you can never bake too much bread.
Second, what were you doing, having a flour fight?
i think we made about 10-12...all but 2 went to the food kitchen we take them to every weekend..it made the kitchen just extra messy..we delivered them sunday morning and then friends wanted to come over sunday afternoon so we made some more appetizers and whatnot and made it even more dirty because we were going to come home and clean it but didn't get the chance..once they left, we spent a couple hours making it look new again...now I want to order food for a couple of days or make easy stuff...

that's a lot of loaves in such a short period of time. i point that out because the loaf of quinoa sandwich bread i make takes on average of 4 hours to rise, and about 5 hours total. the most i'd be able to bake over a weekend would probably be 4-5.
