At an American Diner. Getting a 4th of July special.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken
Babyback Ribs w/Sweet Potato
Crawfish Boil
Cheddar & Jalapeno Hot Dog
Lobster Mac & Cheese
Mash & Gravy
Grilled Corn
Blueberry Pancakes with bacon
Chocolate Milkshake
Coca Cola Zero

Seems like a lot.

Wife has low iron so we’re eating more meat than usual. Last night was a ribeye with veggies. Tonight was Serrano ham and spicy coppa, with some pesto pasta. Tomorrow night: Chicago dogs.

My armpits are gonna stink soon and my skin is gonna get all greasy. But at least my wife will have more iron.

No, there’s sauerkraut and cheese and mustard.

That sounds delicious
