did homemade fried sushi rice squares with tuna tartar on top. turned out pretty good. will tweak a couple things next time to tighten it up

headed to a nice italiano restaurant for a freind's bday ... gonna take a break from my healthy eating fest ....haven't been to a sit-down dinner in a while, gonna pig out and shit a lot tomorrow ... and prob have a headache when i wake up. should be great

It's super good. Had the balsamic date chicken bowl last night. They make this garlic eggplant jam stuff that they put in the bowl and it is intoxicating.
