We grilled up some veggies and made a pretty basic/standard cheese & pasta water type sauce. There were also some stewed tomatoes.

It was delicious.

I'm not sure what I'm doing tonight. The wife is working so I'm on my own. Might just be a taco night. But I'm not sure that sounds like the most satisfying option right now. We'll see how I feel after 5pm.
