oh wait. one time I went to a spot in NYC Chinatown that advertises some sort of pork noodle dish. It noted that it had "pork skin." I was thinking like cracklin or something like that. But it was not crispy, it was straight up chewy pork skin. You could see all the hairs on it. It smelled like arm pits and tasted about the same. That was pretty fucking gross.

that sound awful

i remember walking past a restaurant in chinatown once with all these aquariums with live fish in it for eating

but one just had this massive dead fish floating belly up in it

not an appetizing look
