Went to a place that advertised “Authentic Philly Cheese Steaks” yesterday. I don’t think I’ve ever actually sought out an “authentic” philly, and have no idea if this sandwich fit the bill. Is it all about that amoroso bread? Anyway, this sandwich was good but nothing special. |

My MIL does that but she hates tomato and somehow sabotages it every time so it's not good. Yeah, I don't get it either. My wife tried that once and used tomato paste from the can and it was the worst. |
