Checked out the sole remaining Pig Stand while in San Antonio last week. Paint chipping off the walls, exposed outlets, and a scattershot inventory of holiday mugs couldn't stop me from geeking the fuck out in the booth of this true blue American diner. Had a patty melt with an egg on the side, onion rings, and coffee as black as midnight on a moonless night.
