I’m trying to get into Vietnamese food. I think I’ve been eating pho wrong in the past. This time, I got everything. Steak, brisket, tendon, tripe, and flank. Added a bunch of chili paste, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño, onion, sprouts, everything. And it was super tasty.

i LOVE a great college dining hall. usually a diverse array of cuisines, done reasonably well to surprisingly great, often prepared a la minute, and like maybe it's $12 if you don't have a meal plan. and lots of local fair at more rural/ag colleges

Heh Heh Canteen opened up at the Gotham Market at Ashland recently. Finally, got to check it out last night. Great noodles. Amazing dumplings. Highly recommend.

Outside San Antonio and went thru a Taco Cabana. Went with the beef street tacos and a chicken fajita with smoked poblanos.

I went to my favorite local Indian place yesterday. It's under new management. And now it's not nearly as good as it used to be.
