They're just really fucking good. Much better than the pancakes I've had at a lot of other places. If you don't like pancakes, you don't like pancakes. But these are the only ones I've had that I think COULD surprise a non-pancake person. Like, if you'd had them and still didn't like pancakes, then you're never gonna like any pancakes.
