No Doug. My goal is to provide quality cheeses of all kinds in a setting that is welcoming and non intimidating. And educate only if people are looking for that. If you know what you want when you come in, grab it and go without any snotty recommendations for a “better” substitute for what you are looking for

I’ve wanted my own cheese shop for as long as i can remember. Fortunately my wife is in so hopefully we can retire a little early and find the right location

yeah, ruddo has the idea..we live a few blocks from a fancy cheese store that we PAY a monthly fee to to get a once a month small sample of 3 or 4 cheeses
and the 2 ladies that own the place couldn't give a shit when you go in..

There is a dairy farm about an hour drive from me. You can sample every single cheese if you'd like and the prices are very reasonable for the quality, really fantastic stuff and incredibly gracious staff. Working weekends I can rarely get out there these days but I am definitely due for a trip.
