Any recs for actually good sauces from the Hot Ones show over the years? I came across a store yesterday with dozens of bottles from the show, arranged by spiciness. Got a bit overwhelmed and didn't buy anything, but I'm willing to go back. It was a great display

Most of their sauces are good. Dirty Dicks, Secret Aardvark, Lucky Dog, Queen Majesty... they've had some all-timers in their roster

Try the brand Amazon, they're very good. They're form Valle del Cauca and made from Colombian peppers. I think you can find them in almost any supermarket.

I have the one on the left. I'm almost all out, too. It's really good
I really really liked the Pineapple Habanero sauce (on the right), eaten with quinoa stuffed peppers tonight, nice sweet flavor. I also tasted the Vermont one (on the left) but found it a bit harsh and vinegar-forward. Maybe that was just because it didn't fit stuffed peppers, or maybe the contrast with the sweeter sauce was too stark. I'll try it again by itself on something else another day
Guys, I am not a moderator! I swear to God! Why does everyone think I'm a moderator?

I know it isn’t any kind of new sauce, but Yellow Bird has worked its way in to my regular rotation. It’s especially great on oysters and non red sauce pasta
