Not so much a sauce thing, but I've been putting habanero powder on things. If you're food is already saucy or you just don't want to alter the flavor too much, I'll use that, or cayenne pepper, or crushed red pepper flakes.

Guys, I can't recommend these enough:
They come in a four-pack. I only really wanted the Tocino de Fuego Fiery Spanish Bacon, which I'd already blown through a bottle of, but I decided to go ahead and get the other sauce too.
The SoCal Hot Avocado Guac Sauce is unbelievable. Got them today and I'm already halfway through a bottle. A flavor explosion, and a good amount of heat without being overwhelming. I recommend getting the four-pack but you can also get them individually.
