Smoothie bowls #1 and #2, both reverse engineered from Kreation Kafe in Santa Monica:

Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

2 FROZEN bananas
bunch of frozen blueberries (maybe 1.5 cups?)
approx 1/4c almond butter
rice/almond/cashew milk
2 tsp maca powder

Blend all together in a blender. Consistency should be thick and temp should be cold. It won’t be nearly as good if your fruit is room temp or you have used too much milk. Spoon into a bowl, and top with any variation of the following:

Diced apples, banana slices, other available ripe fruits
Soaked chia seeds (i soak mine overnight in some nut milk, and a little vanilla extract, cinnamon, cocoa powder)
Hemp hearts or flax seeds
Meusli
raw cocoa nibs
choco-mint or coconut CBD oil





Mint-Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

2 FROZEN bananas
handful spinach

1/8 tsp peppermint oil
1/2 avocado (optional, you don’t really taste it but it adds good nutrition and texture)
approx 1/4c almond butter
rice/almond/cashew milk
2 tsp maca powder
handful of dates (no sugar added dates)
approx 1/8 cup raw cocoa nibs
