The board's server will undergo upgrade maintenance tonight, Nov 5, 2014, beginning approximately around 10 PM ET. Prepare for some possible down time during this process.
washing my hands yesterday in a restaurant bathroom in wisconsin got me thinking of how much i hate the feeling of hard/soft/well/whatever water where it feels like you can never get the soap off your hands. i think that if we had this water in our home, i would go absolutely mad.
i'm not sure how some of you rubes do it.
the only time I've ever experienced that feeling like i can't get the soap off was in biloxi. i nearly lost my goddamn mind.

a few years ago my wife and i were down in dallas visiting friends. they have two daughters, and one day during our visit, the youngest, who i think was about 2 at the time, lost her goddamn mind over not getting to have a topo.
she cried, "I WANT TOPO!" for about five minutes.
i think about it every time i have one.

Apparently Topo got hit double hard with their sudden rise in national popularity over the past few months, coupled with the glass shortage. That shit seems to be sold out everywhere.
