All joking aside, do you have lactose issues, trag? I'm guessing not since you started and ice cream company but I don't think I've ever heard you address it.

I don’t think so. If I eat a ton of dairy over a few days, yeah I’ll get upset. I just don’t have a large stomach, not a large tolerance for sugar (and lactose converts to glucose). So sundaes usually do me in.

So there's a thing I've been making for my wife and myself for about eight years now, I call it The Five-Minute Miracle: It's chocolate and vanilla ice cream, layered with peanut butter and fresh whipped cream, and topped with peanuts, served in a frosty pint glass. Basically a chocolate-peanut butter parfait. It gets its name because it takes five minutes to make the whipped cream. It's amazing.

Just typing that out and I want another one, and I'm reminded of Homer and his death sandwich that he ate for a week.
