Egg, bacon, and cheese sandwich on a pretzel bun and a small glass of orange juice. :nice:

I've been enjoying Icelandic yogurt as of late. The texture is unrivaled. Threw in some blueberries and sliced bananas this morning. This should happen on the side of every breakfast meal.

Which brand? We are also huge greek/icelandic yogurt fans, but have cooled a bit since we learned how it can impede the absorption of certain nutrients. Now I tend to do yogurt if I'm also having a pastry or something, then will get vitamins elsewhere throughout the day.

I like the protein punch this one packs. If you have anything like this that's less than $5.99 let me know.

Nah, I really like that one too. Skyr is good, but I think it's more expensive?

On the Greek front, we go with a local dairy, but I'd otherwise struggle between Fages vastly superior product and Chobani's incredible social efforts.

I haven't tried any local offerings yet.

This morning will be uncured bacon and scrambled eggs with jalapeños and Anaheim peppers chopped and cooked with the eggs. Maybe a piece or two of sausage.

I'm gonna post my breakfast once, because it's what I always eat on workdays.

Bowl of fruit, granola, and water. If I'm still hungry, I'll have some almonds that I keep at my desk for snacks.
Once in a while, I'll have breakfast at home. Eggs, some kind of pork, french toast, etc...but it's rare.

Have a good day, RM.

Went without the sausage. Didn't feel like cooking it. That uncured bacon is awesome.

We got two muffins this morning and split them, so I had half a blueberry-polenta, and half a pumpkin chocolate-chip; plus some yogurt/muesli/diced apple and coffee.
