You could also do country fried steak for breakfast. I once had breakfast at a place that offered country fried ribeye for breakfast. Best steak for breakfast I ever had. |

Not a huge fan of country-fried steak, but any leftover meat and eggs for breaky gets the trag seal of approval. |
