Made a bowl of leftover veggie chili last night. Got about 2 bites into it and realized I just wasn’t hungry. So put it back in the fridge and am having it for breakfast.

an omelette is the one thing i think i have almost mastered over the years...no milk or cream needed..google ludo french omelette. i switched to that years ago and never looked back
