Typically, I skip it. But when I don't, I like omelettes a lot

Fruit, some kind of fiber bar thing that my wife packs, and water. Sometimes toast with it.

A few times a month I'll get a big greasy breakfast from the caf, but it usually makes me feel like a big bag of shit for a few hours.

 I'm not a big fan of large breakfasts anymore either.
Today I had a smoothie - been trying out either a fresh juice or a smoothie for breakfast, it surprisingly keeps me feeling full until lunch. My trusty go-to breakfast of oatmeal now gives me heartburn so I need more ideas than just eggs :gomez:

Plain old Cheerios. Everyday of my life. Well not everyday but most days. I prefer pancakes or eggs or stuff like that at dinner time.

Yeah, I can't eat oats at all anymore. Granola, granola bars, steel cut, oat bran, instant. I've even tried soaking them in yogurt overnight, doesn't help... my body hates them.

Explosive diarrhea, gas or both? Maybe Doc should answer this one.

Neither, just horrible heartburn.

During the work week, I always start the day with a protein smoothie, usually with a different combo of fruit, protein, coconut milk, & pysillium husk powder. Sometimes, I'll add some black strap molasses.

On the weekends, its usually some form of cooked eggs & toast. And, when I'm feeling really ambitious, I'll make some awesome pancakes from scratch for the family. I'll probably do that this weekend.

;) I've had some food issues in the past, but it was mainly dairy that was a trigger. That was a big part of why I was vegan for so many years. Dairy doesn't bother me much now, but I don't eat very much at all.

What's on their plates for breakfast, yo?
I haven't been out of the country much, Canada a few times and Ireland. Irish breakfasts are divine <3

I was never a big breakfast fan. Usually skip it. Sometimes I'll eat a bowl of cereal.

The only time I'll go out of my way to eat a big breakfast is when I'm abroad, staying in a nice hotel with access to a breakfast buffet. Guilty pleasure.

I skip breakfast most of the time. But when I make myself breakfast at home it's usually a breakfast sandwich.
