By the way this seems like a maybe OK thread to add Costco to the title.
But then Costco deserves its own thread.
But then which forum would it be in? Food? GD?

Our most convenient grocery store, a Whole Foods, has been closed to shoppers since early May. It’s on the De Paul campus and right off the CTA stop, and with commuting way down and campuses doing the virtual thing I get it, but a lot of the neighborhood went there too. Hopefully it’ll open up soon.

spike, they're closing down the big Fiesta near downtown here. It's a sad day.

Whenever I talk to my guys in Houston, they don’t complain about the rona, they complain about working at Fiestas.

Yeah no one but my family seems to care about rona here. Tell them to apply at HEB.

How much do you typically spend on groceries?
I’m right around 80 a week and my list is generally the following
Steak
Chicken
Carb wraps
Lettuce
Green, red, yellow and orange peppers
Onion
Grapes
Deli slices of garlic and herb chicken breast
Provolone cheese
Fiber English muffins
Every few weeks I also add
Croutons
Ranch dressing
Peanut butter
Jelly
Chocolate peanut butter cheerios

You can get that grocery tab down by switching to Aldi for the staples and investing in a deep freezer for some wholesale meat storage.
