Y’all got Maggiano’s where you live?

I had lunch there yesterday and got the $5 take home entree. Lasagna.

I’m heating it in the oven for dinner tonight in what I assumed was a baking dish.

Timer goes off, I open the oven to find shattered glass everywhere. 450* too hot? Not actually a baking dish? I dunno.

I’ll clean it up in the morning after it has cooled off.

The lasagna however stayed intact, no glass shards in it. I was starving and had a buddy on the way over to have beers with and didn’t want to make something else. I was able to salvage it sans the bottom layer of noodle stuck to the bottom of the glass (baking?) dish. Anything other than lasagna would have been a total goner.

Long story short: I had lasagna for dinner.

Leftover chicken kabobs. Over cooked the chicken so it’s a little dry, but I’ll just soak them it in some water

I feel as though that's your general nature.
