Doug, have you ever been to Guelaguetza? It is hands down my favorite restaurant experience of all time. I've posted about it before. So worth the trip if you're up for it.

i can't believe it took me 5 years to even think about this..one day a few month ago i thought to myself this closet only has dog food bags in it..its southern california and nobody has coats to hang up here..Hey!! i have an idea

the best I've had was at a bar in paris..a scottish bartender would bring it in and also a dive bar on the upper west side of nyc had a bartender as well that could get it for awhile..good stuff its just as good with the beef liver swapped for the sheep lung
