Finished the season. It was pretty ho-hum. Lots of potential that was never realized. The ending left it pretty open for them to be able to do some really cool stuff. My biggest gripe is that nothing was really reconciled in regards to there being two groups of Inhumans. The ones in Attilan seem to think they’re the only ones and the group already on Earth seems to not know about the ones on the moon. And they’re the Royal Family for fuck’s sake. I dunno. Maybe something will happen on AoS to bring some kind of closure to it.
And Black Bolt was portrayed pretty weak compared to his comics version. I guess that’s a second gripe. You never really get to see their powers. Medusa’s and Triton’s are gone in the first episode, Karnak, Crystal and Lockjaw are spotty and Black Bolt looked de-powered. Gorgon was pretty much the only one we saw use his powers a lot.
Two plot points from the finale I want to see resloved: why did the throne activate when the dome went down, and what was the bunker built to protect them from?

They make a big deal out of it being shot on IMAX cameras but it all looks so cheap
I'm on episode 3 on Disney+. I can't believe anyone thought this could be in the same universe as the other MCU stuff. The effects, writing, and acting is all weak. The storyline is boring as all get out.
How did this show even happen?

the Not-mutants are a dumb idea anyway, so making them a TV show was fine with me. I mean, I've read a few of the books and I still have no idea what's exciting about any of them.
there was one where Black Bolt had to save some people and it felt more like a half-decent Superman story than a Marvel one.
