This show is peaking right now. JLD is the star, but this is a true ensemble cast show. Every character is getting great lines. I know Girls is the critical darling, and I like it just fine, but if a comedy's goal is being consistently funny, Veep is fucking killing it.

There was an interview in which JLD likened Hale's character to a vine that's growing on her. I thought that was perfect.

Yea, the creator (Armand something) said that he felt like it was a safe time to leave the show because the tone had been firmly established.
