chud posted a link to "The Assassination" on Twitter and I am very intrigued. It's about Benazir Bhutto and I barely know anything about her, but I'm excited to learn.

I haven't started yet but episode one is only 18 minutes long.

I'm a little behind, but the "Gun Show" episode of Radiolab Presents: More Pefect is great and ought to be required listening for all Americans. Very enlightening. 2. Serious lol at Marc Maron only watching half of mother! before interviewing Darren Aronofsky.
That Maron interview was fucking embarrassing. He has been horrible lately.
Someone once recommended his podcast to me so I decided to dive in with his Larry King interview. Made it like 15 minutes in and turned it off and never went back.
WTF has been one of my favorite podcasts for years and mostly still is, but I think he has lost something in the wake of his Obama interview. It doesn't seem like he cares as much.
That said, the Neil Strauss episode is close to being my favorite podcast episode ever.

I listened to it and it's a very, very brief introduction. Basically explains the host's relationship to the subject matter and describes Bhutto's return to Pakistan in 2007. No information on her background, the country's political climate, not much of anything. I'm tempted to read her Wiki page but I'm hoping the show gets to all of that good stuff first.

Its a favorite of mine too. The James Franco one was super good too. I miss Bret Easton Ellis anyway.
I can’t stand The Nerdist. Hardwick is the worst interviewer I’ve ever heard. I listened to the PTA episode and it was unbearable. They got nothing interesting out of him.

I hate it too. I barely listen to them anymore but Blum is so fucking good he owns the podcast. I would say he is the most interesting producer nowadays.

Every movie of his is interesting to see. Even if its bad, there will be something cool about the way it was produced....i could listen talking about it all day.
