Recently discovered Tig Notaro and really digging her stuff.
I've never watched her comedy, but I heard her on an episode of Jeff Garlin's podcast and for some reason this brief exchange made me laugh really hard while on the train:

I heard her on an NPR show a few weeks ago for the first time where she was blending comedy with the story of her mom's death and her relationship with her stepdad and was really impressed with her storytelling. Listening to her first CD now and there's some really good stuff here. I'll listen to that piece you posted when this is over.
