Thought we needed a generic Star Trek Thread.

I'm giving Enterprise another shot. I only lasted halfway through the first season when it came out. The theme song is still terrible but the show isn't as bad as I remember.

DS9 overtook the OS as my favorite series a few years ago.

Yeah DS9 is my favorite too. Really hoping the series gets an up-convert like TOS and TNG. Not holding my breath.

The first few seasons of DS9 were brutal for me, but once it found its footing, it was really good.

You know I searched for Star Trek threads before I made this one and that one didn't show. I must have done something wrong. Now there are two Star Trek threads no one cares about.

I'm halfway through the first season of Enterprise and I understand why I quit at the same point when it first aired. Sexy Vulcan lady is good and I kinda like the doctor but everyone else is bland. Scott Bacula is so boring.

I really love that episode where the one guy falls in love with the alien woman on that psychedelic spaceship.

That was one of the ones I was thinking of when I said its not as bad as I remember. The aliens were actually aliens.

Now that I have a few years of using an Alexa under my belt, I’m offended every time a Star Trek captain says something like “computer, show me the Drenaran System," and the response isn’t "Now playing Dream On by Aerosmith."
