I didn't even realize who that character was in that scene until I made my usual AV Club and Alan Sepinwall rounds. Side note, I never really disagreed with Sepinwall's tv criticism too much before he started reviewing The Return. I don't seem to see eye to eye with him on anything when it comes to this series.

I was very tired when i saw the last episode but i couldnt finish it. Sometimes the whole joke of ¨yeah this is really weird and most of this shots are awful¨ is asking too much of me.
This was a strange episode. Given it's placement (after last week's mind-fuck) I understand the sort of retro info-dump nature. But it was a little odd. I wonder how well it will hold up on repeated binge watching. Still, a lot to digest and think about. DoppleCoop's text to Diane. The evolution of Bobby. The evolution of Ben Horne. What the fuck is up with Jerry? Johnny's back?! But is that it? Is he dead now? Are the coordinates that Major Briggs left for the White Lodge? We know he was taken there in S2. And as far as we know, we haven't seen it on the show yet.
More of the Wizard of Oz imagery. We see DougieCoop staring at that woman's BRIGHT FUCKING RED shoes before he keys into the electrical socket. Ruby slippers anyone? Or if that's not your preference, perhaps it has to do with Diane. She's wearing bright red shoes as well. Is Dougie Coop waking up to his real life Dale-self? Is Diane the key? Is the show itself waking up to itself?
There was more Twin Peaks-y music in this episode than any other that I can remember so far.
Anyway... just some random scattershot thoughts/observations.

2:53. Time and time again.
That was the time on Briggs note.
Exactly. This is just starting to rev up, team. We have an entire half-season left!
Don't try to go any further down that rabbit hole. It only leads to static
Seriously, how much of this is worth digging through/reading?
It provides some interesting insight into what's going on with Major Briggs, DoppleCooper (especially with his slow speech), and presumably Philip Jeffries. I would definitely recommend the Reddit highlights, as the blog is very tedious.
