Plus he's a really good actual actor.

Of the recent additions Chris Redd's the only one that has stood out to me.
Alex Moffatt could easily pull of a young/thin Matthew Perry.

"GET OUTTA HERE BISCUIT!!!"

I haven't laughed that hard in a really long time. That was an outstanding skit.

Jonah Hill's episode was fine but nothing special.

That skit with Hill as a 6 year old was God awful. You're an actor, dude. Memorize your lines and quit looking at the prompt.

I think the worst part of the show is their confidence in it

i did not think caravan cold open was that funny. Kenan scored a couple of dumb laughs but that's as good as it got.

i am beginning to wonder if these skits in SNL and CBS-era-Colbert give people have a false sense of security that 'something is being done'

if they defuse what should only be increasing, intolerable, immense anger

i can't believe that any of these polls are 'close'

there should be weeks of riots in response to how ridiculous this president is

and instead we just dick around on the internet

this country is f*cked

Solid episode. Five Timers Club, Benihana, and I've Fallwn On the Floor were all funny. Even the unfunny stuff was bizarre and risky. Davidson talking about his breakup was idiotic.

i know, but his deliveries were lively and the jokes were good to great. i'm fine with cue cards as long as they still object some passion. That skit was probably rewritten just before air!

My favorite thing about this thread is how much Trag hates on Pete Davidson.

I don't watch much SNL anymore, but when I do, Davidson sticks out as especially awful. Crenshaw's from my district. I didn't vote for him, but now I kind of wish I did. Great roast on Weekend Update this week.

Cold open and monologue were both good.

Incest Twins was really funny. Day/Moffett sketches are fast becoming a favorite.

Things We Hate was fine. Best joke was either Kyle's "Barthelona," or Melissa's warm toilet seat gag.

Ghost Encounters was good, nice to see Schreiber stretch out a little bit. Kate McKinnon is one of the best performers to grace this show.

Booty Kings went off the rails.

Lil Wayne should retire.

Update was fine. The Davidson/Crenshaw piece was good natured, but i hated the pious turn it took at the end.

The Poddys was smart. Not the funniest skit, but the framed pic of Aidy Bryant got a big laugh from me.

House Hunters was a great concept, but Schrieber and Jones had really bad chemistry.

Our Boys was awesome. I hope it becomes a recurring thing.

Dave Outside the Women's Bathroom was a fun dark concept.

Good episode overall. Even the weaker stuff was still pretty inspired.
