watched the pilot episode last night. pretty good premise and story telling i thought

i have caught episodes here and there from time to time but never delved into it


thoughts and opinions?

I watched the first few episodes last year. I liked them but not enough to keep going I guess.

im on the 14th out of 15 seasons

its been a joyful ride. the writing has been pretty good especially capturing the older brother/younger brother sibling rivalry and they emotional ties they have

the shows main characters for most of the run have been outstandingly portrayed. sam and dean obviously shine as the starts but the times the costars get have not been a let down at all. Crowley (king of hell), Lucifer, Castiel, Bobby Singer and Rowena have all added to the show in their own ways. Charlie was a very welcomed addition and added her own comedic timing that meshed well with everyone elses.

obviously you know how the episodes are going to play out and it seems like once a season one of the brothers dies/gets possessed or trapped in some other reality/dimension but they way they escape is at times very unexpected and comes out of left field

if you have the time and patience id say give it a try
