Did they learn nothing from the Disney/Simpsons debacle. You can offer hundreds of great looking episodes for free, but you're gonna fuck up one joke and the fan base will eat you alive.
Watched the Chinese Restaurant last night. So good. So fucking good.

This show has aged very well. I do get pretty annoyed at the laugh track sometimes though. And some of the story points are downright stupid. But that's what you get in a show like this.

Wasn't there a "boycott Netflix" campaign earlier this year because there were some naked kids in a Netflix show? And didn't it go nowhere? Netflix don't care.

My red-pilled vaccines-will-kill-you friend says Netflix promotes pedophilia. Is that what he's probably referring to?

Yes, I think so. I believe the show was called "Cuties."
Ok and thus ends all of the information I'll ever need on the subject.
More importantly, I heard a student yesterday say, "You were making out during Schindler's List?!?" She obviously gets an A for the semester.

Seinfeld didn’t have a laugh track. It was filmed before an audience.

Wasn’t on hulu here (think Hulu is a US only service). I’ve subscribed to Netflix for years, however none of the above matters. We as the consumers should be able to conplain about these things. It has led to them fixing smthe same issue in the past on another show.
If Pearl Jam gave out an album in mono only, I’m sure you would want them to change it to stereo as well.

I think this is partially correct. Later in the series you start to see more cinematic sequences. There must be laugh tracks mixed in with live audience. Either way, I don't like the effect. I know when to laugh.

whether canned or in-studio, laughter cues always rub me the wrong way too... Except it just works for Seinfeld. Any other shows, I roll my eyes. But in Seinfeld, there's a 99.9% chance I'm laughing at the exact same time, so it feels natural.

I know there’s a ton of “before they were famous” but riles on the show but I never realized the guy playing the clown at the kids party in The Fire episode is John Favreau.
