Please join me in this space where individuals struggling to give up and stay away from horrible TV shows can come together and support each other.

Today I saw a commercial for the new season of The Strain. For a second there I considered watching. Help.

Don't do it. I'll be your Strain rehab sponsor.

Yeah, I jumped on Dexter and don't regret it at all. Big Love was another.

I'm dropping Under The Dome. Season 2 was the worst single season of TV that I have ever watched.

I think I watched the first episode and dropped it. It was a shame - the book was alright

Do some of you have a threshold where you'll quit or keep going? I'm so far into The Walking Dead there is no way I can quit now, but with Under the Dome or Wayward Pines, I quit after a few episodes and felt ok with my decision. I'm on the fence with The Strain, Tyrant, and Last Ship. If I finish second seasons of any of those then I guess I'm in.

Also, Falling Skies is another I didn't give up before the end of the second season. Thank God this season is the last of that one.
