Im a huge Scott fan, he is in the top 5 of working directors these days, The Last Duel is a masterpiece and im dying to see Gucci...having said that Gladiator is not a top 10 movie from his career.

My wife proposed watching Wheel of Time tonight. We both read the books in the early 90’s, so ok.
What a hilarious pile of shit. The (re)writing, the directing, the effects…just terrible. No understanding of what made the source material work. It reminds me of when big budget movies turn out to be money laundering shells.
Ten million dollars an episode, and it might as well be a Sci Fi channel adaptation of a mobile game.
I'm sad to hear this but from what I saw of the trailers it definitely looked like a cheesy SyFy channel show
I’ve been thinking about watching this. Maybe I’ll hold off. I know nothing about it.

Guys, I am not a moderator! I swear to God! Why does everyone think I'm a moderator?

I did not heed McP's advice and watched the first episode until it got to the "creatures". Yikes.
