I remember everything about this show. I remember where and when I saw my first episode (the last 15 mins of the S1 finale that they re-aired right before the S2 premiere, which I watched in full). I remember buying S1 and consuming it in days so that I could be ready for S2E2 the following week.

I remember DVRing episodes because I was in Italy on my Honeymoon and then coming home, sleep deprived, and jet-lagged, and staying up eating take out to get caught up on what we'd missed. I remember my internet going out and having to call Optimum to get it fixed minutes before a new ep aired and the rep on the phone thought I was a such a dick because he was trying to be overly polite and I just wanted to get off the phone so I could watch.

The aforementioned Nikki and Paulo ep also involved me having to race to pick up a friend in MO because his car had broken down...

I remember joining one of only 2 other message boards I've ever been a part of to talk about the show. I remember watching every previous season again before the next season started.

LOST was one of the greatest artistic experiences of my life. I adore the holy fuck out of this show. It was such a fantastic experience. I miss the mystery and the drama. I miss having a new episode to look forward to.

Godamn. I love this. I miss it too.

Seasons 1 and 2 occurred on my fuckign Ipod. Downloaded them all and watched them in bed huddled and snuggled staring at that little screen.

Im super nostalgic for this show. Big time.

It's not as good as Mad Men but I still probably call it my favorite show, regardless.

Yeah, BB isn't as meaningful to me. I've watched it all the way through twice and I think Cranston's performance is amazing but the show itself is pretty flawed. It's still really difficult for me to see whatever flaws LOST may have. It just feels damn near perfect to me. I'm still kind of militant about the show.

I have little to 0 problems with lost and i fully admit i can't see that show objectively. Much like Pearl Jam and star wars :)

I feel like I can smell what the island is like. When i think of scenes from the show i can feel it in my stomach. This is going to sound super lame and im sure ill get mocked for it but i feel like I WAS ON THE ISLAND WITH THEM.

The first scene from Lost that I ever watched was when Ċ½eljko Ivanek got hit by a bus.

It's funny, I haven't seen most of these episodes in over 10 years but I can remember the online discussions surrounding each one so vividly.

I was cooking dinner for my wife before the S2 premiere. She'd heard good things about it and wanted to watch the thing so she was watching the re-broadcast of the S1 finale just before the premiere. I'd come home about half way through the ep and wasn't paying any attention. Then, through the kitchen cutout in the wall I started to get hooked in the final 15 minutes.

I remember almost burning dinner because I was so distracted, watching Walt get kidnapped and Michael yelling for him. It was one the ballsiest and most gripping things I'd ever seen on network TV and I was blow the fuck away.

S2 started and I was riveted to the screen. It was shocking to watch the hatch and the Desmond reveal. It was like being a kid and watching a brilliant magician for the first time. I was sucked in and my imagination exploded.
