I have no problem with the finale. Quite enjoyed it. Just bummed we have to wait a year for it to start again. Probably my favorite show on tv right now.
It wasn't bad by any stretch compared to most other television. It's just that this show had started to feel historically good, so to rely on a cliffhanger (a fairly obvious one) to the extent they did was disappointing. As just another episode, it would have been fine. But to leave us with that for the next 9 months didn't meet my expectation for what they've been doing so far.

So I had an argument with a co-worker today over who is more likable, Jimmy or Chuck. Obviously, I said Jimmy, but then he starts going on about how Chuck has done nothing "illegal" as if that is the standard for whether someone is a good person or not. I feel like hes the only person that watches this show that feels that way.
It's gotta be Fring. Maybe he didn't personally leave the note and the stick, but we know his past with Hector. I think it's safe to assume he's been keeping eyes on the Salamancas and has noticed Mike watching them too.
maybe mike got noticed BECAUSE HE DROPPED ALL THAT CASH AT THE BAR

Your friend is an idiot who's missed the entire point of the show as outlined by Mike in S1E09.

Just got caught up last night. Great ending to a stellar season. I get the complaints some of you had with the finale, but I thought it made for a compellingly understated cliffhanger.

That actually did happen in The Good Wife. The two lead actresses really hated each other, to the point where they straight-up stopped sharing scenes together after a couple seasons. When they finally did have to be in the same scene after several seasons of "just missing each other", they were shot separately and hilariously CGI'd together.

I had a monologue the other day at lunch about how great this show has turned out compared to my initial fears. The fact that they aren't relying too much on previous world building done in Breaking Bad and retaining drama for a character/characters that we know end up at Point B in the future just goes to show how proficient people writing and producing the show are.

As long as I keep my posts to more than 140 characters, I should be able to stave off this chud, interrupted schtick
