Fallon is actually a great talk show host. He's super natural and the guests love him. Been pleasantly surprised watching his show when my roommates have it on.

I completely disagree, at least as an interviewer. I find him incredibly grating and difficult to watch. His giggly, nervous, overenthusiastic persona and complete inability to vamp without stumbling over his words always makes me want to switch the interview off within the first minute.

You guys are right about his being a poor interviewer. He often reminds me of a dog, the way he stares at his guest, bounces around a lot, and all of a sudden starts talking about himself for long stretches. That said-his interview with Nicole Kidman this week was hilarious. Apparently, she showed up at his apartment ten years ago, thinking he was cute. He had no idea, and idk it was just funny and awkward. His show has its moments, but I flick over to him only when Conan/Kimmel/Letterman are on commercials or doing something I don't like.
