I did not. I want to read the book first (I know, I know)

I think that's a good call. It's such a great book. I hope you dig it once you get around to it.

You crazy? He’ll have a conniption if he sees the film after reading the book.

It is bad, but they got Tom so right it almost makes up for the rest.
Jordan is pretty much perfect, too, but Tom just owns it.

I’ve read the book and seen the film and still no idea who gatsby was.
The book is really evocative of the time though. Takes you there.

In a film, he needs to be a person in his first feature role with incredible charisma.

Based on the book, physically he's a stud. Women gave themselves to him and he did incredibly well in the war. He's 30, tan, and the kind of person who can scare the shit out of people due to his gang connections/affiliations. I imagine he looks a lot like Tom Hardy.

Have you seen the trailer for "The Hurricane Heist"?

Have you seen Cars 3?

Not yet, but I’m already excited.

I haven’t seen any of the Cars movies.

This. I would also that with all of these positive traits and allure, he's actually a very sad person who is incredibly uncomfortable with who he is and where he came from. The charisma, the money, and the ivy league veneer hide this broken person who would give it all up to be what Daisy wants. I should say it's all attempt to win back Daisy. Not to give it up.

Not a question, just wanted to tell you I saw the name of some EDM DJ and his name was Hudson Mohawke. Thought it was funny.

Speaking of DJs, We are Your Friends is available to rent in 4K HDR on Vudu. I think I’m gonna do it.

LV is that the one with Zac Effron? If so you might like it. It was inoffensive if unlikely.

Do you think that we will ever be able to discuss our love of Tosh.0 without being judged as "bros"?
