LV is Valerian even better in 3D or 4K? Such a sumptuous visual feast, it would be great to see it in either format. If you have, tell me about it please.

I don’t do 3D, and unfortunately I think the HDR grade is botched on the 4K disc. It doesn’t look anywhere near as amazing as it should (and did in Dolby Cinema). Very disappointing.

Hey Lv,
So there's this train of thought I've been nursing since you had me on your podcast. It's still undefined, so I'm just gonna talk about it and see what sort of reaction it gets (RMers feel free to join in).
Gonzo film:
A. How is it defined?
2. What are some examples (classic + contemporary)?
D. Is this LV's favorite style of film?
Some brief thoughts on:
How is it defined? Obviously Hunter S. Thompson and descendent journalism. Also gonzo porn. But then apart from a couple random internet postings (one is worth checking out: http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?di ... 800&page=0), there is little definitive criteria on what such a film genre may require to qualify. At the very least, I'd say: it eschews traditional narrative or conventional storytelling in favor of compelling visuals or overall tone.
What are some examples (classic and/or contemporary)? Some quick ones off the top of my head: Jungle Holocaust. BvsS Mad Max: Fury Road Pink Flamingos Baraka Slacker Waking Life Gummo Kids Metropolis

More on this when I’m not at work but my first instinct is that I don’t really understand what would define one of these films. Seems like a pretty disparate list, and a vague definition.
