No, I think she's great. She's just the only female I remember seeing on these lists, so I wrote actors and her.

Ethan Hawke's character should have just let his smug-ass, "genetically superior" brother drowned at the beginning of "Gattaca."

I was already looking forward to the Venom movie because of Tom Hardy. But if they're casting Riz Ahmed, too...? Holy shit. I'm all about that.

Gary Oldman is probably the most overrated actor. I don't think I've ever seen a memorably good performance from him.

Soderbergh's Logan Lucky may or may not be a good movie but parts of it were filmed in my hometown.

I'll agree that his career hasn't gone as planned, but Gary Oldman's early work is fantastic.
"Sid and Nancy"
"Prick Up Your Ears"
"Rosencrantz & Guildenstern Are Dead"
"State of Grace"
"Sid and Nancy" features the best snot bubble in cinema history.
Also, his directorial debut "Nil by Mouth" was great and brutal AF.

As planned...by who?

He's fucking great in Dracula and Immortal Beloved as well. And maybe it's not the greatest thing anyone's ever done or anything, but his turn as Sirius Black holds a special place in my heart.
Yeah, Gary Oldman's pretty badass.

He's...fine in all of those performances. Nothing spectacular. And he's often actively bad (Leon).

Honestly, I usually just find his performances to be distractingly out-of-place. He always seems to be hamming it up no matter what the movie is. (To be fair, I have not seen Rosencrantz.)

I think I already did though
