I will. I’ve never seen Viggo turn in anything less than a fantastic performance so I have hopes for that one.

The cinematography in Zodiac is exquisite.

I’ve never quite convinced myself that Peppermint Patty isnt Charlie Brown's Tyler Durden.

I don’t know where to say that

It doesn't

It's just alright in the end.

I thought it was fun and I lol plenty of times. Definitely not a classic like the first, but plenty good for a sequel.

Is Mortal Engines a 'big movie'? I just saw it referred to as such in the same breath as Aquaman, Bumblebee, and Spider-Verse and I think it's like that old Sesame Street game "one of these things is not like the other".

Better than some of their other attempts, yes. I wish the original pitch would have gone through where they were playing their parents.
Quote:
Initially as revealed in the 2006 San Diego Comic-Con, the followup to Super Troopers was to be a prequel taking place in the 1970s and following the fathers of the main characters in the original film.[7] Jay Chandrasekhar later told Rotten Tomatoes, "The joke is that we'll make it Super Troopers '76, set during the Bicentennial." "We'll have a little shaggier hair and mustaches...We might do it, I don't know. That movie has sort of a special place in a lot of people's hearts, so all we can do is mess it up."[8]

Just saw ‘If Beale Street could talk’

If this film could just maintain the tone it sets up in the first act...it would be a wonder.
It’s beautiful. It’s beautiful on every front. Avoids all tropes and stereotypes and sends its message free of any of those preconceived ideas and it’s just about love. End of the day it’s all about love. And when it’s doing that it does it more than well. You care and are concerned.
I don’t know if it was trying to do too much but it just doesn’t come together to make a whole for me.

I believed every part and they committed to their roles. Something was missing for me but I’d still recommend seeing it.

I love Lars von Trier's color choices.

Going in to see Green book.

All the buzz is hard to ignore. I hate that but in this instance I hope it lives up to it.

Why does Sly insist on announcing he's retiring from roles he always goes back to the well.

I don’t know if it’s feel good. Sort of. There’s a lot going on in it. Lots of different layers. Me and my pal saw it two very different ways but both agree it was really really good.

There’s an entire range of Star Wars scented candles. Cos of course there is.
Bantha, cantina, sands of tatooine etc.

People will buy anything
