There's an EEAAO line making the rounds these days ("In another life, I would have really liked just doing laundry and taxes with you") that strikes me as more annoyingly banal and fake-profound, consciously engineered for maximum retweets. It's like a distillation of everything I dislike about the whole movie. I'm sure there are much worse lines in movie history but that's the one that's been grating on me lately

Guys, please.
The end of The Graduate is iconic, right? He steals her from the altar and they run off together, gleeful and enthusiastic. They jump onto the bus and their whole life is ahead of them. But the shot lingers and we see reality creep in. We realize as they realize the all-important question: OK, now what?
But we know "now what", don't we? They're going to bang.
