The hair dye joke had a long set up but the payoff was hilarious I wonder how it much Gimme Shelter and Golddigger cost them? Charlie & Dee’s story was pretty good too.

Two episodes again tonight? And back to back again next? In December? I know broadcast air date doesn’t mean nearly as much as it once did but it feels like FXX is burning then off. I think they have another season already renewed though.

season premier not very funny. I thought the episode would be more of a wacko look at how they spent their time in quarantine, which it only partially ways; the connection to all the election stuff just wasn't that funny, and by the end of the ep you could see all the jokes coming a mile away.

They're basically just making new episodes so that they can have something to talk about when they go on Colbert or Fallon. "Yeah we're so cool we're still making that same show 30 years later"

The first half of the season were typical late era episodes.l, for better or worse. But the Irish episodes were just weird and did not feel a part of the It’s Always Sunny universe at all. I’m sure the finale was allegorical, like the Waiting for Gadot finale episode a few seasons back, but I didn’t pick up on what they were alluding to but dragging a weight up a mountain while characters discuss their essence and then abandoning one by one sounds mythological.
