These things always happen in 3's....anyway I just wanted to say that I would always run into her while walking dogs in NYC..she would always be outside the Dakota building where she lived on 72nd st on the upper west side...she was always stand-offish but since she always walked her dog, Sophie, she would talk to me while I was with dogs..

Loved the 1940s movies she did with Bogart. The Big Sleep, Dark Passage and Key Largo were all great.
